How to Enroll Using Alabama ESA Funds
Step 1: Confirm Your ESA Account is Active
Log into your ClassWallet account and confirm:
- Your ESA funds are available
- You are eligible for the current academic year
- You are able to submit vendor payments
2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR:
Funds are available beginning July 1, 2026.
Step 2: Request an Official Invoice
Before submitting payment, you must request an invoice from us.
Please complete the Scholarship Invoice Request Form.
Step 3: Submit Payment in ClassWallet
Once you receive your invoice:
- Log into ClassWallet
- Select “Pay Vendor”
- Search for our organization (Written Out Loud)
- Upload your invoice and submit the request
You will receive confirmation from ClassWallet once your request is submitted.
Step 4: Payment Review & Enrollment Confirmation
ClassWallet will review the payment request.
Once the request is approved, our team will contact you with the next step to complete your child’s program registration and finalize enrollment.
