How to Enroll Using Arizona ESA Funds
Step 1: Confirm Your ESA Account is Active
Log into your Arizona ESA account and confirm:
- Your child has been approved for the Arizona ESA program
- Your ESA contract has been signed
- Your scholarship funds are available in ClassWallet
Arizona ESA funds are distributed quarterly.
Step 2: Request an Official Invoice
Before submitting a payment request, you must request an invoice from us.
Please complete the Scholarship Invoice Request Form.
Step 3: Submit Payment in ClassWallet
Once you receive your invoice:
- Log into ClassWallet
- Select “Pay Vendor”
- Search for our organization (Written Out Loud)
- Upload your invoice and submit the request
You will receive confirmation from ClassWallet once your request has been submitted.
Step 4: Payment Review & Enrollment Confirmation
ClassWallet will review the payment request.
Once the request is approved, our team will contact you with the next step to complete your child’s program registration and finalize enrollment.
